Not at all! Our studio welcomes everyone — whether you’re completely new to Pilates or returning to your practice after a break. We design our sessions to be beginner-friendly, offering modifications and guidance throughout. If you’re unsure about starting in a group setting, you can always begin with a private session where the instructor will introduce you to the fundamentals in a calm, supportive environment. You’ll never feel out of place — just encouraged, empowered, and guided with care.
Tōn offers both, group classes and private sessions for members. Group reformer classes consist of an instructor-led class of 12 persons maximum. Private sessions offer individual, one-on-one instructing with a session that is fit for your specific skill-level and needs.
